WabiSanji terms of service
Effective 13 October 2026
WabiSanji is a personal tool that runs on my own computer and publishes my own stream recordings to my own YouTube channel, Wabi Sanji. It is not a public app or service, it is not sold or offered to anyone, and I (Kris, the channel owner) am its only user. These terms cover how it may be used.
YouTube API Services
WabiSanji uses the YouTube API Services. Anyone using it agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy, and what WabiSanji itself accesses and stores is set out in its privacy policy.
Who can use it
Only the owner of the Wabi Sanji channel, signed in with that channel's Google account. The tool only acts on that channel: it uploads videos the owner has reviewed and approved, sets their thumbnails, adds them to the channel's playlists, and reads the channel's own upload list.
What it won't do
- Act on any other channel or account.
- Publish anything the owner hasn't approved. Uploads go up as private or scheduled, and the owner decides when they become public in YouTube Studio.
- Sell, share or analyse YouTube data, or use it for advertising.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is, for personal use, with no warranty of any kind.
Ending access
Access can be removed at any time from the Google Account third-party access page, which also ends these terms for that account.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, this page will be updated and the date above changed. Questions: kris@cernji.com.
